A 66ª edição do Grammy Awards, uma das maiores premiações de música do mundo, aconteceu nesse domingo (4), em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos.

Em uma noite dominada por indicações de mulheres nas principais categorias, Taylor Swift, SZA e Miley Cyrus foram os destaques.

A loirinha fez história ao conquistar o quarto prêmio de melhor álbum do ano e se tornar a primeira artista a conseguir tal feito. Ela também usou a primeira vitória de melhor álbum vocal pop para anunciar um novo EP, o “The Tortured Poets Department”, que será lançado no dia 19 de abril.

Miley recebeu os dois primeiros prêmios: gravação do ano e melhor performance solo pop, ambos pela música “Flowers”. Já SZA, que tinha o maior número de indicações esse ano, levou três troféus, entre eles, de melhor canção de R&B.

As brasileiras Astrud Gilberto e Rita Lee foram lembradas entre as homenagens a artistas que morreram. Tony Bennett, Sinéad O’Connor e Tina Turner também receberam tributos.
